RETURNING A PRODUCT
- Return for exchange or refund: As an iCasque.co.uk customer, you are free to return any product to us, without any justification, within 60 days following the delivery of your order.
- Return for after-sales service: Whether or not you purchased your product on iCasque.co.uk, we are committed to responding to all after-sales service requests, as long as the brand of the product concerned is an iCasque.co.uk partner (list of partner brands HERE: Our Brands).
- If the product was purchased on iCasque.co.uk, use the return form directly HERE: Submit a return request
- If the product was not purchased on iCasque.co.uk, please contact us directly by email at: [email protected]
How do I return a product?
To return a product to us, simply:
- Go to your customer account (My account), and click on "Submit a return request"
- Then select the order concerned by this return, and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for your return from the drop-down menu, and in the case of a size or model exchange, or a return for after-sales service, let us know the size/model you would like in exchange, or the problem with your product.
- Exchange of the product
- Store credit for the value of the product
- Refund of the product
Return shipping costs:
Please note that since Brexit, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer free returns from the United Kingdom. Return shipping costs are therefore the customer's responsibility.
