To keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order, iCasque provides you with a parcel number and a link after your order is shipped that allows you to track the delivery of your order online.
This information is sent to you by email the day your order ships, between 5:00pm and 7:00pm.
You can also access delivery tracking for your orders at any time via "My Account", in the "View All of my Orders" section.
Or if you prefer, you can go directly to the carrier's website and find your parcel number.
Note: Some carriers do not record information in real time, so there may be a delay of 24 hours between the information displayed on the online tracker and reality.
