Extremely happy with the helmet, visor movement is smooth and allows the visor to be opened part way.
Light and tough helmet.

Service review
Brilliant service, I'm being honest I was unsure as I'd never heard of Icasque, but the service is brilliant. Price on the website was what I paid, no import fees or handling charges from customs or the courier company. I will be using icasque again and definitely would recommend them to anyone in the UK worried about ordering from a company abroad.

Product review: Good Product, Good Service
I have only worn this helmet once since buying it but I was very pleased with its comfort and overall performance. As a retro styled helmet it does not have the extensive ventilation of many of the newer styled helmets but performs very favourably compared to my Shoei Glamster retro helmet. The build quality is what I would expect from a helmet that meets the latest safety standards. I particularly like the fact that the visor can be removed or swapped with no need for any tools whatsoever.

I am very impressed with iCasque.co.uk and its standards of service. I had tried on one of these helmets in my local dealership but was told it was unavailable in the UK in the colour I wanted which was Deep Yellow. A Google search revealed that iCasque.co.uk was advertising the helmet I wanted in the right colour. A quick phone call to the UK based phone number confirmed the colour and size was in stock and would be despatched from the iCasque warehouse in France with free delivery and no additional duty or VAT costs. The price on the website is what you pay. Five days later my helmet was delivered. Excellent service and a huge range of products available. Will definitely use again.

Product review: V10 Helmet ordered from Northumberland UK
First, reassurance for UK buyers - they are registered as a uk company so I only paid the website price, no additional customs duties etc. Delivery quoted as 7 days arrived in 5.
The V10 helmet is exactly as described, comfortable, well put together and I'm very happy with it. All in all a success.
I will happily buy from them again.

Service review
I emailed customer service to ask about custom duties as product is posted from France. They responded very quickly with the assurance that I would not be charged customs etc. The only niggle is that you will have to pay return postage. I also rang them because someone who deals with overseas sales themselves told me that buying products over £134 I would be liable to additional charges. I have detailed above but I will repeat here that because they have a company registered in uk no extra duties are charged. They were very polite and professional over the phone too. On the basis of this one purchase, the email plus the phone call I think they are a very good company.
