The PB e-cLc shell is hand-crafted, with complex stratification reinforced by a peripheral belt. It retains the Arai signature: a smooth, round shape with no rough edges to better deflect impact energy (Ricochet concept). At the same time, the VAS-V system enhances protection of critical areas in the event of impact.

Ventilation is one of the Quantic's major strengths. Thanks to 13 vents (7 in, 6 out), including a 3D vent under the Arai logo, air circulates even at low speeds. Two F1-derived upper air intakes, visor vents, a dual-intake chin bar and a one-piece rear spoiler ensure a constant, controllable flow. Even at 50 km/h, airflow is boosted by +40%.
