1. Does the fall detection system work without my smartphone?
No. The fall detection system requires your smartphone to be connected with data access, as well as a registered emergency contact.

2. Can the system send out a false alarm?
Cardo uses an evolutionary algorithm based on thousands of scenarios, but like any intelligent system, there is no such thing as zero risk. The system continuously improves with use.

3. Can I disable fall detection?
Yes, you can deactivate it in the Cardo Connect app. It can be in manual mode (you activate it at the start of each journey) or completely deactivated.

4. Is it compatible with an intercom from another brand?
Yes, the motocross function lets you communicate with other brands' intercoms via Bluetooth.

5. How does the automatic switch-on function work?
Packtalk Pro detects movement and switches on and off automatically. This function can be set in the application.
